USA Eagle #319, Erica Jarrell plays for the USA Women's XVs Rugby Team. She attended the 2021 (played in 2022) RWC in New Zealand as an injury reserve, and received her first cap on July 15, 2023 against the Black Ferns in the Pac4 competition in Ottawa, CA. She came off the bench for her second cap against Wales on September 30th, 2023, then traveled to South Africa to play in the first ever WXV2 competition, where she started at #5 in all three matches against Samoa, Scotland, and Italy.

Erica started playing rugby in 2017 as a freshman at Harvard College, where she studied Molecular & Cellular Biology and minored in Psychology. She earned a national title with Harvard in 2019 and captained the team in her senior season. She went on to play for Beantown RFC in the Women's Premier League (WPL), earning a National Silver with them in her debut season in 2022.
